Our Way of Thinking

We believe in a true partnership with our clients –  working in collaboration with clients and our associates.  Our starting point with each client is to assemble the team, spend time with the client getting to know their business and the environment in which they operate, as well as all marketing activities there involved in, before any recommendations are made.  We carefully craft the strategy, key messaging and PR opportunities, in consultation with the client and only when we have 100% buy-in, are we happy to proceed.

We believe in honesty – we keep an open dialogue with clients, media and partners on campaigns.  We don’t lock our clients into contracts as we believe that if the client or agency is not happy, they should be able end the relationship, giving fair notice.  Relationships are key to us.  We work hard at ensuring that we deliver on every campaign.
